This smoky mountain resort bed and breakfast  is a new generation of resort Gatlinburg bed and breakfasts. Built to take advantage of the rustic charm that older smoky mountain bed and breakfasts or resorts may have.  For example, hot tubs and private balconies are featured in most of the main lodge’s nine rooms. Plus, Berry Springs was constructed with a central heat and air system that allows for individual climate control in each room. “That’s an advantage we have over most Gatlinburg bed and breakfasts,  hotels, cabins or resorts for that matter".
