Innkeeper Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Professional and courteous guest interaction.
- Practice safety procedures, including bending, lifting and safe use of equipment.
- Help serve breakfast to guests.
- Communicate with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Willing to work the evening shift (until 8:30pm) as needed.
- Comfortable using a computer to check-in and check-out guests.
- Document, secure lost and found items and turn them into Lost & Found, in accordance with company policy.
- This position requires regular and predictable attendance.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
Housekeeper Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean guest rooms and guest areas with materials and cleaning solutions provided, including but not limited to: making beds, emptying wastebaskets, dusting and vacuuming, cleaning bathroom, replenishing supplies, cleaning windows, mirrors and patios.
- Document, secure lost and found items and turn them into Lost & Found, in accordance with company policy.
- Practice safety procedures, including bending, lifting and safe use of equipment.
- Keep supplies ready by restocking the housekeeping cart/closet at the end of shift.
- Ensure rooms are completed and signed off on in the appropriate time frame.
