Everything is provided in the rooms for comfort and a quality stay. The location is breath taking. What a wonder to step out of our cabin to the sun coming over the mountains with the morning chorus of birds. The innkeeper and staff are all friendly, helpful and personable. The breakfasts and desserts are delicious." > > > > ![Google Reviews](https://berrysprings.com/hubfs/google.png) > > Carol on Google Reviews ## Compare room options Choose by view, hot tub or whirlpool, fireplace, space, and value. ![Sunrise View King Fireplace Hot Tub Rooms](https://berrysprings.com/hubfs/Room%20Photos/Colorado%20Springs%20Room.jpeg) ### Elite Sunrise Rooms Private Hot Tub Sunrise View Fireplace Best for Winter Private outdoor hot tub, sunrise-view balcony, king bed, and fireplace.
