Blueberry Ooey Gooey Butter Cake Ingredients
Cake:
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
Cheesecake:
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- Lemon zest
Blueberry Ooey Gooey Butter Cake Instructions
- Heat oven to 325 degrees F
- Grease + line pan with parchment
- For cake:
- Cream butter, sugar, and cream cheese.
- Add egg, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Fold in flour until incorporated.
- Set aside.
- For cheesecake:
- Beat sugar and cream cheese.
- Add egg white and vanilla.
- Beat until well-incorporated.
- Pour cheesecake batter into pan.
- Sprinkle berries and lemon zest across surface.
- Scoop cake batter on top and carefully spread edge to edge.
- Bake for 1hr, 25-30 minutes until golden + set.
